- We reserve the right to decline cases at our sole discretion
- A formal engagement agreement must be signed before any recovery work commences
4. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is based on successful recovery:
- There are no upfront fees for our services
- Our fee is a percentage of the funds we successfully recover on your behalf
- The specific fee percentage will be agreed and documented in your engagement agreement
- All fees are paid from recovered funds before disbursement to you
- If we do not recover any funds, you owe us no fee
Specific fee arrangements, including any expenses that may be billed separately, will be fully disclosed in your engagement agreement before any work commences.
5. No Guarantee of Recovery
While we have an 87% success rate across our case portfolio, we cannot guarantee recovery in every case. The success of fund recovery depends on numerous factors outside our control, including the jurisdiction of the fraudsters, the time elapsed since the fraud, the availability of assets, and the cooperation of financial institutions and law enforcement.
Our fee structure (no recovery, no fee) reflects our confidence in our services while acknowledging that not every case can be resolved successfully.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Cooperate fully with our team and provide documentation as requested
- Notify us promptly of any changes in circumstances relevant to your case
- Not take any unilateral action that may prejudice the recovery process without our prior consent
- Keep confidential any strategy, investigation methods, or information shared with you as part of our services
- Not contact the fraudsters or make public statements about your case without consulting us

All information shared between you and LegalHelp Advisory Ltd is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or case details to third parties except as required by law, for the purpose of pursuing your recovery, or with your explicit consent.
